The old letter showed his identity. I realized, I completely misunderstood him in the long past.
I used to think that he was born in the darkness, living in the shadow, and doing everything evil. At that time, he was our enemy. So I had never been lenient while fighting. When he expressed his wish to be a part of us, I felt extremely doubtful. Did he want to do something harmful to our team?
I defamed him. I framed him. Although we needed his power and strength, I still couldn't believe him anyway. One day I saw him standing in a hill, just looking at us in the opposite.Cold wind blew on his thin body. It was not a close distance, but I found his beautiful eyes filled with loneliness. My heart felt little guilty.
Time flies. Many things happened. We investigated a puzzle ten years ago to find the truth of amystery. Accidently, we found a letter, a very old letter from the head of the orphanage where I lived in my childhood. Eventually, I knew that he came from that orphanage, too.
He was born in the light. He was deprived of the right to grow up under the sun. Actually, he did nothing inexcusable. He was always kind to everyone. He wanted to help us several times. He didn't say a word when he was misunderstood. He never lost his warmth and kindness in heart. He was a real angel from the Hell.
What a kind person I've hurt.
Now, if I can, I want to say sorry to him, and do whatever I can do, standing together with him when we fight, effacing the deep loneliness in his eyes, and being with him forever.
I hope it's not too late.
